BEEFALO
Our Beefalo are grass fed and rotationally grazed. Our herd has some Jersey influence for the superior marbling.
Beefalo has been shown by USDA testing to possess superior vitamin levels, higher protein, nearly 1/3 less cholesterol, 79% less fat, and 66% less calories than conventional beef. To be considered Beefalo, livestock must be between 17% Bison through 37.5% Bison. These percentages meet the USDA requirements to be labeled as “Beefalo Beef”.

HERITAGE BREED TURKEY
Our heritage turkeys are free range and always fresh, never frozen. Heritage turkeys are known for their rich flavor and extremely dark meat.
WHY BUY HERITAGE BREED?
Turkeys you find in stores and most farms are broad breasted—meaning they have been selectively bred for many years to produce huge breasts in a short amount of time, rendering them unable to breed naturally. Heritage breed turkeys resemble wild turkeys in that they are slow growing and able to reproduce naturally. Meat is full flavored with rich very dark meat. Our heritage breed Thanksgiving turkeys are always fresh, never frozen, processed the Monday of Thanksgiving.

BROAD BREASTED TURKEY
Love more white meat and/or larger Thanksgiving turkeys? We now offer broad breasted turkeys. Rotationally pastured in the sunshine with no antibiotics. These turkeys grow much larger than our heritage breed birds. Watch on our shop for other turkey products such as sausages, patties, and more from our pasture raised broad breasted turkeys.
VEGETABLES
We offer a limited selection of seasonal vegetables for pickup on farm. Watch our Facebook and Instagram page for the most up-to-date offerings. Vegetables are hand weeded and grown without chemicals.
